Okay, welcome back all. I have tried to incorporate and condense our previous efforts. I will give Joan to the end of the week to decide which way she wants Hope to go. Here is the game plan as it stands.
a) If Hope chooses freedom, at her father's urging. We will do a run for the Federation border trying to get the child safely to the Fed medics.
b) If she chooses to join her father and the collective (as most children would) we will deposit her on an asteroid, but then we will lay in wait and assault the Borg sphere that comes to collect her. On Jared's reckoning it is small and heavily damaged and an insertion team might be able to recover the father and then save Hope.
Up to Joan which way the girl wants to go.
