Thor'nan was found in the ruins of a crashed human colony ship on the edge of Klingon space. The colony was unsanctioned by the Federation, and a search of the ship's database proved useless. As he was the only survivor, and two years old, he was taken in by a crew member, Tor'Vak, of the House of Mal'Kor. He raised the human child alongside his own sons, teaching him the history of the Klingon Empire and the warrior's way. Eventually, Thor'nan, at age eighteen, endured the Day of Ascension, and was allowed to join the Klingon Defense Forces. He was posted on the IKS Van'Gath for much of his career, and served aboard her as a Marine during the Dominion War. Eventually, he tired of life on a large cruiser, and longed for a different environment. So he applied for the open position as the IKS Fhew's Security Chief. He is currently awaiting assignment.
